What a surprise - finding a genuine human in real estate. My partner had been using Galldon for years to rent her South Yarra apartment and then to sell it. When it came time for me to buy my apartment, it was a pleasant surprise to buy through Galldon. Reliable and professional . I engaged Vincent of Galldon Real Estate to market my 1 bedroom unit for rental after a disappointing run with a hotel group. I had a previous good experience with him when he helped my parents sell their Melbourne properties several years ago. He picked up the keys for me, organized professional photography and effective marketing of my unit; renting it out within a month at a satisfactory rate. Galldon is also managing my unit at my request, and this has saved me time and inconvenience as I reside overseas. Happy with the service I am receiving from Vincent, his team member Andrea and Giovanna (from admin), and have recommended them to others.
